How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages after your order has been processed and will be emailed to you. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our location and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed online will be charged based  on USPS shipping cost.  An additional 1.99 handling fee is added to each purchase. Packages are mailed through USPS and you should receive your package within 2-7 days from shipping date. 

  • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the shipping status of your order.

  • Contact us via e-mail  if you still have questions about your order.

What are your delivery options?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 3-10 days from the order date. Orders of 10+ may ship 5-21 days from order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

How do I return an item?

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we are no longer accepting returns. If your item  is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer care for further assistance on how to replace  your item(s).

  • Online prices are subject to change. Royal Oil reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once you receive confirmation of your order, the price payable in respect of that order will not be changed. Online prices or promotions may vary.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the spread of COVID-19, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges. We will not exchange or refund on custom orders. All purchases are FINAL. Please contact us if you need further assistance.

How does the subscription work.

As a Royal Oil Subscriber, you’ll get a package filled with faith and fashion each month. There are 3 levels of subscription. Each subscription is unique and suitable for different fashion needs. All subscriptions receive the featured garment of the month, confidence card and shipping is FREE!

When can I expect to receive my package?

Your payment will complete on the same day of each month. Packages are packed and shipped within 15 days of that payment but sometimes sooner!

  • If you place an order between the 1st and 10th of the month, you’ll receive your order by the 30th.

  • If you place an order after the 10th of the month, you may receive your order by the 30th of the following month.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent the moment your order is processed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

We don't want to see to you go, but Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any-time. Cancel by going to your Royal Oil Subscription settings. If you've already been billed/paid for the next box, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on the Subscription tab, then click "edit" next to your subscription. You can also email us at to request that we cancel for you.

NOTE: You must cancel before your next billing cycle in order to not be charged for renewal.
