FAQ

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and will be emailed to you. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our location and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed online will be charged a flat rate shipping cost. Packages are mailed through USPS and you should receive your package within 1-3 days from shipping date. 

  • Check your e-mail. You were required to enter an e-mail address during Checkout. You will receive e-mails at your address keeping you up-to-date about the shipping status of your order.

  • Contact us via e-mail  if you still have questions about your order.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Saturday only. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 days from the order date depending on quantity ordered. Orders of 5+ may ship 1-3 weeks from order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. 

 

How do I return an item?

 All items may be shipped to the PO Box address listed below. Royal Oil does not offer pre-paid shipping. Therefore, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s).

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you are not completely satisfied with your Royal Oil purchase, you may return it by mail within 15 days of invoice. Please see our Return Policy for details.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to most purchases. We will not exchange or refund on custom orders. Online purchases made through the site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 7 days from the ship date. 

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. All close-out sale items  are  final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.
